The fixture supports a precise measurement of the magnetic field on glasses. It keeps the measuring probe in a firm position and the glasses frame can be guided around the fixed probe.
The examination of the magnetic field on glasses is based on the medical context that the influence of magnetic glasses suppresses the hormone production of important glands. In this manner, headaches, migraines and visual problems often occur. To avoid this kind of irritation glasses are checked on magnetisation.
